This Order Form (this "Order") initially constitutes an offer by Navispond, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as SynexeConsulting ("SynexeConsulting") to the customer identified in this Order ("Customer") for Customer's purchase of Services and/or subscriptions to Third-Party Products ("Ordered Services/Products") to be governed by Terms under a Proposal or an SOW (the "Governing Document").

All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order shall have the meaning given to them in the Governing Document.
